@WalletConnect($WCT )：Improving the effectiveness of connection pairing ⚡

Previously, when pressing "Connect Wallet" on Dapp, the system would create a new pairing instead of reusing the old connection. Although the design intended for pairings not to be reused, they were kept for up to 30 days in the past.

The problem is that this causes a lot of redundant resource consumption—both the Dapp and wallet client are forced to maintain excess socket connections. Over time, the #WalletConnect wallet would be filled with these "expired pairings," leading to decreased efficiency and performance.

To improve this situation, @WalletConnect has now redesigned the pairing management method to make connection handling cleaner and more efficient.

Additionally, it is important to note that pairings are never meant to be seen by users; the wallet only needs to display the currently active sessions.
