BTQ Technologies announced that it deployed the first functional implementation of Bitcoin Improvement Proposal BIP-360 on Bitcoin Quantum testnet v0.3.0. BIP-360 adds a Pay-to-Merkle-Root output type that aims to reduce elliptic curve public key exposure risk.
