I went into Midnight thinking the privacy tech would be the main story but ngl the NIGHT token incentive design is what really caught me đ
The paper says NIGHT handles block production rewards consensus participation and governance while DUST powers private chain activity. That split is lowkey smart. Producers get rewarded in a visible asset and the private side stays protected. Even better Cardano SPOs can join through a software update. That gives Midnight a cleaner security launch đ
