#alpha I was so sleepy today while placing an order that just as I was about to submit the sell order, a page suddenly popped up without me even opening my eyes. Out of instinct, I returned to the sell order without seeing clearly what it was, and then a message popped up saying 'Supplementary identity verification failed'. What is going on? Has anyone encountered this? The transactions are all normal, and the trading volume is displayed normally. Does anyone know what this is?
