Does education level affect the ability to become a KOL?
Just like you are participating in a heated debate that seems impossible to resolve, the affirmative side has its five arguments, and the negative side has its five counterarguments. The audience, due to their diverse backgrounds, stands on either side waving flags and shouting. Just like the banned Hu Chenfeng, who might be belittling junior college students while boasting about his own success as a high school graduate, the root of this issue lies in luck and opportunities.
However, the definition of all KOLs should be clear and consistent: it should rely on one's own content and abilities to lead fans to make money. This should be the mainstream value proposition that everyone wants to present. Some who ride the wave of popularity may deceive people, but ultimately, they cannot sustain it and will only be attacked by the public.
The high-education KOLs listed do meet such conditions and capabilities, but there may be two points to consider. First, whether they entered at the right time, and second, whether they had enough luck. After becoming KOLs through certain methods, they achieved more success and found their own niche. Secondly, regarding the data sample from surveys, in the broader public’s perception, whether in the cryptocurrency space or the ordinary internet era, the situation presented still gives a sense of the success of ordinary people, more down-to-earth individuals. Perhaps we should investigate more KOL situations; are ordinary people far more than just these dozen or so? Of course, in the end, it must be the achievements that speak for themselves, but the path in between can indeed differ!
As for some high-education KOL groups that may still be relatively weak or have not yet succeeded, whether their focus is on real-world work, or they have not yet found their direction, or they have been in the field for a short time and need to grow, they can use their advantages and skills to prove themselves. Meanwhile, those low-education KOLs who have not yet succeeded can find language that the public can understand, more down-to-earth, and better suited from an ordinary person's perspective to find their audience. Both approaches are valid.
