#DOT $DOT

On the left side, there is a 'PS' (Preliminary Support) area — meaning the first supported buying signals where the downward momentum begins to weaken.

Then, with 'Phase A', the price enters a fluctuating consolidation, with peaks and troughs being limited.

The 'Phase B' they refer to is the medium wave, where the price hovers at highs and tests the sellers — movements similar to ST (secondary test) are observed.

The 'Spring' (trough trap) section may involve the price testing supports, a false drop, or 'smart money accumulation' movements.

After 'Phase D', the target is 'Phase E' — that is, markup, where the price rises with an upward trend, breaking resistances.

Since November 2024, DOT has transitioned from the 'constant inflation' model to the 'linear growth / decreasing inflation' model.

The change in supply stabilization and the inflation model is a positive signal; however, its effect may spread over time and may not immediately reflect in the price.

Critical levels:

Support area ~ $2.97 – $3.25

Resistance area ~ $4.78 and $5.41

If an upward breakout occurs after the Spring, followed by resistance tests, and ultimately a transition to Phase E is achieved, we will have followed a nice pattern.
