The losses from the two orders account for over 95% of your total losses!

First post, 20 years in the cryptocurrency world, experienced two liquidations, lost almost 20000u. I had originally stopped trading contracts, but a few months ago I staked some principal by buying BTC at a low price and started trading contracts again. I can't say it has been very smooth, but after some ups and downs, I managed to recover the previous losses and even made some extra money. On 10/10, I went to a pretty good restaurant for lunch, and in the afternoon I planned to open a position to earn back the meal cost. Although there were small profits along the way, I felt it wasn't enough, so I ended up increasing my position after the profits were given back. I thought I might as well increase my position to earn a month's worth of meal expenses. The situation didn't meet expectations, and my floating losses kept expanding. There were actually one or two times when I was close to the cost line, but I didn't think about closing the position to wrap things up, so I held on until after 4 o'clock and accidentally fell asleep! Suddenly woke up to a bunch of notification sounds; my position was gone! My heart felt a bit uncomfortable, like being knocked back to square one. BTC is still staked, but all my u is gone. I'm middle-aged now! I started to feel so useless and greedy!
