Ethereum (ETH) :

Why does it seem exciting?

The second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, it is a hub for many decentralized applications (DeFi) and smart contracts.

Technical analyses suggest it has the potential to rise, for example: “ETH bulls make a strong case for a rally toward $10,000 or above”.

If you enter from a support area, a “small profit” opportunity might be acceptable.

What are the risks?

Like any currency, there is a possibility of a significant correction if it loses momentum.

Since the price is higher than many smaller coins, the profit of “5 or 10 dollars” depends on a certain capital— it might make sense to enter with a small size.

How can it be used for your strategy?

Monitor strong support levels (for example, near 4,000$ or below during a drop) as an entry opportunity.

Set your goal as a “small profit” and adjust the stop loss to define an exit if the price moves against you.

Do not enter after a large rise (i.e., do not enter from the peak) but try to wait for a correction or a pullback.
