Arbitrum's Security Council froze about 30,766 ETH worth over $71 million that it linked to this weekend's KelpDAO exploit. Arbitrum said the funds were moved to an intermediary frozen wallet that can only be moved again by Arbitrum governance. ZachXBT said attackers still moved $1.5 million from Ethereum mainnet to Bitcoin through Thorchain and another $78,000 through Umbra after the freeze.
