Meta has identified a new source of training data for its AI models: its own employees. According to Odaily, the company plans to collect data from employee mouse movements and keystrokes to develop more robust and efficient artificial intelligence. A company spokesperson stated, "To build intelligent agents that assist people in completing daily tasks on computers, our models need real-world examples of how people actually use computers—such as mouse movements, button clicks, and dropdown menu operations. We will introduce an internal tool to capture these input actions in specific applications to aid in training our models. We have implemented safeguards to ensure the security of sensitive content, and this data will not be used for any other purposes."
