Tennessee will prohibit the use and installation of cryptocurrency kiosks beginning July 1. According to NS3.AI, Governor Bill Lee has signed legislation that categorizes the installation of these kiosks as a Class A misdemeanor. Businesses and operators involved in setting up the kiosks could face penalties of up to 11 months and 29 days in prison, along with a $2,500 fine.
