🧪 Plasma in physics
Plasma is the fourth state of matter, often described as an ionized gas. It is formed when a gas is heated to very high temperatures or subjected to a strong electromagnetic field, causing electrons to separate from atoms or molecules. This leaves a mixture of positive ions and free negative electrons, and the overall charge is nearly neutral. Plasma makes up more than 99% of the visible matter in the universe and is found in the sun, stars, lightning, and neon lights.

In biology, blood plasma is the liquid and pale yellow part of blood. It makes up about 55% of the total blood volume and contains water (92%), important proteins (such as albumin and antibodies), hormones, enzymes, and minerals. Its primary function is to transport these vital substances throughout the body and remove waste.
