According to Foresight News, Microsoft will continue to be OpenAI's primary cloud computing partner and retain priority access. However, the exclusivity of Microsoft's OpenAI intellectual property license will be adjusted to non-exclusive. Microsoft remains a major shareholder in OpenAI's business development.
