Hey there, my newbie binancers!
In my previous posts, I warned you about the danger of third-party accounts. But what to do if you're already in an appeal and the scammer insists they paid? Here’s how to present the definitive evidence so that support always sides with you.
1. The "Queen" of the tests: The uncut video
Screenshots are useless because they’re easy to edit. You need a video recorded with another phone that shows the reality:
From the Play Store: Search for your bank and hit "Open." This way, you prove that the App is the official one and not a scam.
Moving fund: Record with street movement or a TV in the background to certify that the video is live and in real-time.
(Note: Do not record faces of individuals or minors).
Total continuity: When entering your PIN, cover the numbers with your other hand but don’t block the lens or cause any blurriness. The camera should see the process continue without stopping and without suspicious cuts.
2. Legal Backup: Official PDF Document
To close the case, download the Statement of Account or transaction report directly from your online banking.
Full validity: Ensure that the file is the official one issued by the bank, which usually includes seals, digital signatures, or verification QR codes.
These elements allow Binance support to validate the authenticity of the document, rendering any false receipt presented by the scammer ineffective.
3. Don’t argue, let the evidence speak
In the appeal chat, don’t waste energy fighting with the counterpart or falling for their provocations. Just upload your evidence (Video and PDF). When support comes to review, the clarity of your proof will speak for itself. A well-conducted audit doesn’t need long explanations.
Conclusion:
Security is all about technique and detail. If you combine a transparent video with an official bank document, no scammer can take your assets. Order and evidence are your best shield!
