#ETH #币安合约实盘 Bear Market Trading Insights: Surviving is More Important than Anything Else
The brutal conditions of the recent ETH bear market have completely shattered the illusion of 'holding on for a rebound.' The price has plummeted dramatically in a single day, with continuous outflows of staked funds and frequent contract liquidations, making it clear to me that the essence of surviving in a bear market is not about making profits, but about preserving the principal.
In bear markets, 'good news doesn't cause price increases, and bad news leads to sharp declines' has become the norm. The short-term volatility patterns I once relied on have completely failed. I no longer chase small rebounds but have shifted most of my funds to stablecoins, keeping only 10% of my position to observe on-chain data from ETH. More importantly, I have completely abandoned the habit of fighting the trend; once the price falls below the preset ATR stop-loss line, I exit immediately, without regret even if there is a subsequent rebound.
The bear market is the ultimate test of trading discipline. By blocking out the 'bottom-fishing' noise, sticking to a phased approach, and reviewing mistakes weekly, one can maintain strength during the market's winter and wait for the next opportunity.
