🎓 #Binance Lesson Four – Take Profit and Smart Trade Management

In previous lessons, we learned about registration, funding, buying, and setting stop loss.

Today we move on to an important step for every successful trader:

🔹 How do you set a profit target?

🔹 And how do you sell at the right time to secure your profit without stress?


💰 1. What is Take Profit?

It is a sell order that is automatically executed when the price reaches the level you previously set for taking profits.

Simply: You set your target price, and the platform sells automatically when it is reached.


⚙️ 2. Where to find the Take Profit option in Binance?

From the trading interface Trade → Spot

Then in the Sell box, choose the order type OCO (One Cancels the Other)

It is a smart order that combines Take Profit and Stop Loss at the same time.



🧠 3. A practical example using BNB (Today's price = $940):

I bought BNB at $940

And you want:

  • Take profit at $1,020°

  • And avoid loss if the price drops to $910

• So, in the OCO Sell order, you put the following values:

  • Price = 1,020 (The selling price for taking profits 💰)

  • Stop = 910 (Activation price for stop loss 🚨)

  • Limit = 905 (Actual execution price in case of a drop)

  • Amount = the quantity you want to sell


📌 If the price rises to $1,020, the platform sells automatically and realizes the profit.

📌 And if the price drops to $910, the platform sells to protect you from a larger loss.

One of the orders is executed and the other is automatically canceled.



💡 4. Important tips:

✅ Set realistic profit targets (don't be greedy!)

✅ Always use Stop-Loss to protect capital

✅ Adjust Take Profit gradually as the price rises (Trailing Strategy)

✅ Use OCO instead of separate orders to avoid mistakes
