More than once I read the chart for currency $F and notice strong upward indicators, but the behavior of the currency is moving against the chart. While the indicators are bullish, the currency is in a decline and decline and decline. Are these indicators on the chart deceptive, or is there a puzzle we do not understand with this currency? Frankly, I am not an expert, but I see on the currency chart that the RSI is in a state of selling saturation with a 4-hour close with two long green candles. Shouldn't there be an upward rebound? But what happened was the opposite: a decline and decline. Is my reading incorrect, or is there something unclear?
