bro.. do you recommend any tokens to buy and hold such as OPEN or anytother? im talking here as a HODLer person not a gambler or a trader

I know guys many of you thinking why my wallet shows only same tokens. So let me just say it clear.

After that biggest liquidation i kinda stop trading fully. Last time i only bought some $OPEN token on that dip and after that i avoid all random trades. I realise one thing... if my money stay on exchange i will 100% end up chasing profit again and again. And that is how i always get trapped.

So now whenever i buy any token i straight move it to my cold wallet. Not the browser wallet stuff... i mean proper desktop cold wallet. Safe and away from that temptations.

Cuz look at this market... price jumps like crazy then drop again then jump again. its not bullish or bearish... its just cleaning mode. First they liquidate shorts then liquidate longs. Whole market feels like washing machine.

So for me the only way to escape this trap is simple:

buy major tokens. buy dip slowly. move to cold wallet. dont worry about chart noise. no pump chasing. no high leverage drama. just patience.

Thats honestly how i'm surviving this phase.
