I seriously ask you, do you think there is potential for deep cooperation between Orange Seat and the law firm?

Recently, Mankun's office in Hangzhou has been opened, and Orange Seat visited and had a more in-depth discussion, followed by some deep cooperation in business.

In fact, many things are subtle hints that can lead to significant developments. Orange Seat has known the founder of Mankun Law Firm, Liu Honglin, for several years, and the real in-depth contact started last year.

At that time, Orange Seat was withdrawing from the scene and went to Shanghai to chat with Lawyer Liu a few times, discovering that their track choice was good and there was significant room for optimization in their business model and product line.
Many people think that my writing is impressive, but in fact, Juzi is more skilled in business model design and strategic consulting. Otherwise, why do most of the things I do succeed—because I figured it out in advance.
At that time, I was idle and started to preach to others. Lawyer Liu also agreed very much after listening, marking the first contact and consensus between both parties.

Due to work reasons, I have more contact with lawyers in the industry. Currently, there are mainly two mainstream approaches: one is traditional law firms opening Web3 sections, and the other is focusing on legal services for the Web3 industry.
But regardless of the form, the main business is criminal defense and non-litigation services.
So during our conversation, I expressed the most important viewpoint:
Mankun is a new species in the legal industry, not just a Web3 version of a traditional law firm.

Later, Juzi also painted a big picture for him in other aspects. Currently, Mankun's strategic direction also reflects what we discussed.
You can also see that from last year to this year, Mankun has begun to expand nationwide from Shanghai, opening offices and branches in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Hangzhou, and other places, and developing rapidly. It is now an absolute leader in the industry.
A few months ago, Juzi was playing in Xinjiang when Lawyer Liu found me and expressed a desire to continue opening a firm in Hangzhou, inviting me to participate and help establish Mankun in Hangzhou.
From this perspective, Lawyer Liu still acknowledges Juzi's strategic planning ability.

After a few months, the operations here in Hangzhou have officially started. A few days ago, I specifically went to take a look, and the office environment is quite nice, with convenient transportation around—much better than our own.
Juzi chose to participate deeply in Mankun not only for the strategic planning guidance but also to genuinely collaborate and get things done. On one hand, it is an acknowledgment of Lawyer Liu, and on the other hand, there is indeed a 1 + 1 > 2 effect in many aspects, with substantial potential for the future.
For example, this year, what I am working on with Mankun Law Firm is to shift from legal services in the Web3 industry to business services in the Web3 industry.

For example, next month, we will hold an event in Shanghai regarding the risks and solutions encountered by companies going abroad when receiving cryptocurrency.
In daily work, we have encountered many foreign trade merchants and companies going abroad facing issues in this area. They truly do not understand this completely unfamiliar field, but some have already paid the price.

Some people don't know how to receive coins given to them, resulting in wrong chain transfers.
Some people receive funds and don't know how to cash out safely, leading to receiving illicit money.
Some people did not isolate properly and accidentally received black U, leading to their exchange accounts being frozen.
Moreover, some even had their assets stolen after receiving coins because they did not understand on-chain security.
So on December 19th, Juzi, Lawyer Juehui from Mankun Law Firm, and Zhang Na will spend a whole day helping the bosses of companies going abroad understand the intricacies involved, resolving the bottlenecks in this field, which should be worthwhile for all the bosses to attend.

If you are a company going abroad or a foreign trade merchant and have encountered such issues, you can scan the QR code above to fill out the form to sign up.
This event is specifically designed to address the issues faced by companies going abroad in this regard. To enhance the on-site experience, the closed-door meeting has only 30 seats. The speaker will discuss the landscape of stablecoins in global cross-border payments, answer the questions encountered by companies going abroad in this area, and how to use stablecoins for cross-border trade safely and compliantly.

Just to add: the time is Friday, December 19th, and the location is in Shanghai. Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Finally, to add to the question in the title: Juzi + law firm, is there potential?

Still need to think? There is definitely potential! For me:
This is a new perspective on how to view Web3 from a legal compliance standpoint. How can Web3 legally occur in China? What are the boundaries and red lines within the country? What should we do?
This is also a new opportunity. Web3 is blooming all over the world, and we can feel the pulse of the times here. The Chinese will never be absent; they just enter in a different way, which is a kind of Chinese wisdom.
Mankun Law can provide legal opinions and compliance support, while Juzi can provide professional opinions and industry resources. Together, we feel incredibly strong.

This also means higher demands and constraints on oneself. When you participate in the growth of a law firm in a supportive manner, it means I won’t be foolish enough to engage in business that crosses the red line. It means I will work within the scope of compliance, and I cannot and will not do bad things.

Juzi really likes Mankun Law's slogan, which is also what I hope to see happen in the future.
Without a common vision, how could we come together? Charge!!!

Lastly, I want to say that the cryptocurrency space is very unfriendly to newcomers, and there are many pitfalls in this space.
So, I specifically had my assistant prepare a version of the closing guide in plain language. On one hand, it explains Web3 in terms you can understand, and on the other hand, it aims to help everyone avoid some pitfalls.
