Multiple signer keys associated with ShibaSwap appear to have been compromised, resulting in an estimated loss of $2.8 million today.
Attack Method: The attacker used a flash loan to temporarily acquire 4.6 million BONE tokens (Shibarium's governance token) on ShibaSwap. This allowed them to control a majority (10 out of 12) of the validator keys, giving them the power to push fraudulent checkpoints to the network's consensus layer and approve malicious transactions.
Funds Stolen: The total value of stolen assets was estimated at around $4.1 million.

Smaller amounts of USDC, USDT, and TREAT tokens.
