(3) From those who wronged you

Fifth: Four things you should have, regardless of your strength or weakness

(1) Friends who truly love you

(2) Family care

(3) Positive thoughts

(4) A home away from problems

Sixth: Five things you need to do to maintain your health

(1) Fasting

(2) Smile/Laugh

(3) Trips (Travel, then travel, then travel)

(4) Exercise (Walking)

(5) Reduce your weight.

Seventh: Five things you should not do:

(1) Don't wait until you feel hungry to eat

(2) Don't wait until you feel thirsty to drink

(3) Don't wait until you feel sleepy to sleep

(4) Don't wait until you feel tired to rest

(5) Don't wait until you're sick to go for medical check-ups
