📌 Trading with leverage and Islam 👀
As a Muslim, I want to share a small reminder: trading crypto with leverage is not permissible in Islam. I personally avoid leverage and trade only with what I have, keeping my intentions clear and risk manageable.
Here’s why leverage is not allowed:
1️⃣ Riba (Interest) – Leverage often involves borrowing funds and paying interest, which is prohibited in Islam.
2️⃣ Excessive uncertainty (Gharar) – Leveraged trading increases risk beyond your control, which is discouraged.
3️⃣ Speculation over value – Islam encourages trade of real value; leveraged positions are more like bets on price movements.
4️⃣ High stress and loss potential – Leverage can magnify losses, impacting financial and mental well-being.
I trade without leverage, focus on learning, and prioritize responsible risk management. Remember, faith and patience matter more than chasing fast profits.
💡 Trade smart. Trade ethical. Trade within your limits.
