Everyone is searching for the "Holy Grail" in indicators. But the real reason for your losses is not the market.
The reason lies in your Shadow.
Carl Jung, the father of depth psychology, described the concept of "The Shadow" — the dark side of your personality that you deny (greed, fear, the desire to "get back at" someone).
The market is a perfect mirror that brings the Shadow to the surface.
How it works in trading:
1. FOMO — it is not the desire for money.
Jung would say it is the Collective Unconscious. When the candle shoots up, you feel the herd instinct of thousands of people. You lose your Individuality and become part of the Crowd.
Result: You buy at the highs because "everyone is buying".
2. Panic Sell — this is a capture by Emotion.
When the price falls, your consciousness (Logic) turns off. The Steering Wheel is taken over by the Shadow (animal fear).
Result: You sell at the bottom, and an hour later you look at the chart and think: "Why did I do that?". It wasn't you. It was the Shadow.
3. How to win? (Architect's Method)
Jung called it Individuation.
It is the ability to separate the Self from Emotion.
A weak trader tries to suppress fear.
A strong trader (Architect) observes fear like a chart but does not let it press the button.
Insight:
Your main asset is not Bitcoin. It is your Mental Resilience.
Until you integrate your Shadow — the market will take your money to teach you humility.
Learn about yourself, not just the candles.
