Today I wanted to ponder on one topic. I am a trader who has chosen the role of living trading - this is my main job. I am a professional in futures, playing with leverage from x20 to x50.
On a regular day, I make at least 2-4 trades on a single futures instrument. But for a month now, I haven't made a single trade during this month. The market is in some kind of chaos. We constantly see a flat market; as soon as there is a breakout from the flat, it goes back to flat for a week to a week and a half. It seems like the flat is wide enough to enter. But unfortunately, the market moves in some chaotic jerks and there is no logic to the movement.
So what is happening??
The market is driven by futures, and everyone knows this. There are 3 players in futures:
The one who shorts
The one who longs
The exchange - it provides leverage and takes coins via stop losses for its benefit; everything depends on the leverage or it distributes the winnings.
So, in terms of short volumes, we see that those who shorted have locked in profits, while there is no such volume in longs. If there is no overlapping volume in longs with previous shorts, it means for us that the exchanges did not provide the necessary volume for futures and are left with these expensive #BTC. That means it is profitable for them to pull this coin up to sell losing coins.
Due to the fact that there is chaos in the market now and it is unrealistic to enter with futures, this indicates that there is chaotic buying of #BTC. They know something and are not just buying up!!
