Bloomberg Intelligence predicts a drop in Bitcoin to $50,000 in 2026
Senior commodity strategist at Bloomberg Intelligence, Mike McGlone, expects that by 2026 the price of Bitcoin (BTC) could decrease by approximately 60% from its all-time high, falling to around $50,000.
McGlone notes that the all-time high price of the asset exceeded $126,000.
According to the analyst, the expected collapse will be caused by a combination of macroeconomic factors that will lead investors to abandon risky products such as cryptocurrencies:
Rising gold prices: Investors will prefer safe assets.
Falling oil prices.
Increased volatility in the stock market.
McGlone emphasizes that these factors could trigger a massive sell-off in the crypto market with "unlimited supply."
