🇻🇳 HO CHI MINH CITY COOPERATES WITH BINANCE TO DEVELOP THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTER
🔸 On November 25, the Department of Finance of Ho Chi Minh City signed a cooperation agreement with Binance in the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, aimed at supporting the construction of the Vietnam International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
🔸 Binance will advise on the construction of a legal framework and sandbox for digital assets, attracting international investors and supporting the development of the fintech and blockchain ecosystem.
🔸 Both parties will collaborate to train financial management personnel, research payment infrastructure using digital assets and AI applications, as well as connect international financial organizations.
🔸 A joint task force will be established to implement details, hold regular meetings, and transfer when the governing body of the International Financial Center is established.
🔸 The cooperation with Binance is expected to help Ho Chi Minh City attract high-quality capital and accelerate the construction of a financial center in a transparent, sustainable, and modern direction by 2030.
