Yesterday, the National Bank of Ukraine made a decision to ban the activities of LLC "FC "Obmin24" and LLC "FC "IKS CHANGE" - services and exchange offices under the brands Obmin24 and X-Change.

It unexpectedly turned out that their activities (with a bunch of exchange offices all over Kyiv and internet resources) were carried out without any licenses for providing financial services 😂
