现在你需要关注的就是这个问题： 派发 E 阶段最难判断的一件事：放量下跌到底是 SC还是又一次 SOW？ 只要关注三个细节 1️⃣ 跌幅 vs 结构位置 如果下跌吃掉整个区间 50% 以上、并打穿所有 LPSY，力度过头 → 更可能是 SC。 如果只是击穿前一个低点一点点、收在区间中部 → 更像 SOW。 2️⃣ 量能性质 SC = 极端放量 + 长下影 + 快速抢筹反击。 SOW = 放量下跌但没有“强反击”，反弹疲软、量缩、回不上 LPSY。 3️⃣ 反弹质量 SC 后的反弹是“转折级别”，它能一口气突破多个供给区。 SOW 后的反弹是“死猫跳”，第一第二供给位就被压下去。 不是看下跌是不是“很大”，而是看反弹幅度是不是“强得离谱”，反弹成交量能不能和左侧下跌一样的强。 没有强反弹的放量下跌，都不要当 SC。
