A reporter from Beijing Business Daily experienced this as a regular user for nearly a month, and under the guidance of a trading team, engaged in leveraged trading through overseas apps, leading to continuous losses from the outset. Lawyers pointed out that this kind of concealed promotion of trading coins essentially constitutes illegal financial marketing that evades regulation, which poses risks of misleading consumers and social harm.
