Xiao Yang, from Chongqing Changshou District, was born in 2012.
He is a child with severe intellectual disabilities, with weak comprehension, no language, and very limited social and self-care abilities. The family conditions are very difficult—his mother also has physical and speech disabilities, and his father works away from home for a long time, relying on subsistence allowances to live.
In this issue, the Fangya Community donated 2000 yuan to Xiao Yang's family and provided more suitable rehabilitation directions and intervention suggestions for the family based on the child's situation.
Due to the special family situation of the child, and the mother also having language barriers and disabilities, we temporarily raised the donation amount for this issue to 2000 yuan, hoping to continue to accompany and support them in the future.
