Building an ETH Private Chain using Geth (POA#POW)

1. Preparations
1.1 Basic environment preparation
A Linux server, the blogger uses CentOS, Ubuntu is also fine, the commands are similar
Configure the server's basic environment, execute system updates and install necessary software commands
yum update -y && yum install git wget bzip2 vim gcc-c++ ntp epel-release nodejs tree -y
1.2 Install Geth and Tools
Ethereum provides executable file downloads for various versions of Geth and toolkits, you can choose the version yourself, it must be Geth & Tools, using the latest version is not recommended, the version used by the blogger is eth-alltools-linux-amd64-1.9.24-cc05b050, the latest has reached 1.10.26.
