BEFORE, HE SAID HE WOULD NEVER SELL $BTC BITCOIN, now it's 😂😂😂

For the first time, he admitted that he would consider selling Bitcoin.

Phong Le, the current CEO of Bitcoin MicroStrategy, stated that the company plans to consider selling Bitcoin if the stock price falls below mNAV and funding channels run dry.

They clarified that this is entirely a financial decision and as a Bitcoin reserve company, they do not want to sell BTC, but when the market is bad, financial decisions must take precedence over emotions.

Currently, Strategy pays a fixed dividend of 750 million dollars - 8 annually to shareholders participating in the preferred stock offering (the company raised funds to buy BTC by issuing preferred stock with a fixed annual interest rate, resulting in the company having to pay a large amount each year to cover costs).

Previously, when the company was trading at prices above mNAV, the company issued new shares to pay dividends. However, when the mNAV of Strategy fell below 1, market skepticism increased and the company's stock price continued to decline.

Additional information: mNAV is an indicator measuring the market capitalization of a company and the value of the tokens that the company holds. When this indicator falls below 1, it means that the company's total market capitalization is lower than the value of the number of tokens that the company holds.
