it can be restored, but it's such Morocco that it's easier to just think that those 4$ bucks weren't there, and there was a lot to fill out and confirm

😡 Binance promised to return my ETH & BNB since 2021 — 4 years of waiting, and no reimbursement!
In 2021, I mistakenly sent 10.82 ETH and 42.46 BNB to my Binance account through the RSK (Rootstock) network, which Binance does not support.
💬 Binance acknowledged receipt of the funds and opened several tickets (#148707409, #149187303, #CC8011780, #CC8059661).
From July to October 2025, agents constantly repeated:
"Don't worry, the refund is being processed"
And each time set new deadlines.
📅 October 9, 2025 — token breakdown: Binance closed the case, stating that they cannot provide a mandatory resolution and advised to "contact the official authorities".
I filed complaints with Hong Kong SFC and Swedish Finansinspektionen, but have not received a response yet.
The RSK wallet Binance (0xDD931dE9…1cdD473c79) still shows the transaction history in Rootstock Explorer.

Has anyone ever successfully recovered assets sent via RSK to Binance?
I'm not attacking the platform, I just want to understand: are there real cases of recovering funds from unsupported networks?
