"old structures" need to crumble for a new generation, guided by technology and a new mindset (the "4th or 5th generation"), to flourish.

I am the creator and influencer of the concept of the 4th and 5th generation in Brazil.

We are in 2025, but if we look at the corridors of power and the average mentality of Brazilians, it seems that the clock has stopped in the last century. We are experiencing a moment of silent rupture, where the scenario represented by the symbolic ruins of the old power is the necessary stage for what is to come.

The Trap of the 2nd Generation

(The Children of the 80s and 90s)

Brazil still operates under the tired engine of the 2nd generation. Born between the 80s and 90s, this workforce has unfortunately been the most "indoctrinated" in recent history. They were taught by the system and their parents to follow a scarcity script: "study, pass a public exam, work hard, obey, settle for little, be grateful for the minimum wage."

This generation, which should be leading innovation today, is exhausted, trapped in CLTs and bureaucracies, afraid to take risks because it has been programmed to seek security in a government that delivers nothing but taxes.

The Political Cemetery and the Analog Constitution

While the world discusses Artificial Intelligence, space exploration, and bioengineering, Brasília continues to be a club of feudal lords. There is no youth in the decision-making chairs. The Brazilian political system is a closed cycle of appointments: the old ones there appoint their old friends who will enter.

We are trying to govern a quantum-era country with a Constitution from 1988, an "analog" rulebook written for a world that no longer exists, full of privileges and ties that hinder real progress. The "system" was not made to be updated; it was made to perpetuate itself.

The Truth About the 3rd Generation (Generation Z)

The media sells the image of "Generation Z" as a mass of teenagers alienated by dance trends and superficial influencers. But this is a smokescreen.

There is a hidden layer in this 3rd generation. While many get lost in cheap entertainment, a silent intellectual elite is forming. Young people who, at 15 or 16, already master codes, understand decentralized economics, and reject their parents' way of life. They are the bridge. They are the ones studying while others dance. They know that the traditional diploma is not worth the paper it is printed on if there is no real knowledge behind it.

The Danger of Cultural Repetition

However, the risk is imminent. If this new wave of brilliant minds falls into the old cultural patterns of idolizing pet politicians, the "Brazilian way" of taking advantage, waiting for a "savior of the homeland," nothing will change. The ruins will remain just ruins.

True change will only come with the 4th and 5th Generations.

The Future That Awaits Us

The image we project is not about destruction; it is about replacement. The character holding the new currency does not look at the destroyed Palace with sadness, but with the coldness of someone who knows that it was necessary.

In order for the Brazil of the future to be born as a technological, rich, and truly sovereign country, the mentality of "settling for little" needs to die along with the old structures. The 5th generation will not ask the government for permission to innovate; it will make the old government irrelevant.

Brazil will change. Not through political reforms, but because the new generation will be uncontrollable by old methods.

Just like #DanielFraga, we can also be hunted by the sovereigns!!
