Here, I mainly provide some precautions and tips during the delivery process.

1. Always prepare a few transparent plastic bags without logos, unbranded cutlery packs, and unbranded take-out boxes in the delivery bag. (Pay attention to whether the merchants have these materials, and if they do, feel free to ask them for some for free.)

2. During the delivery process, try to hang soups and beverages. If there’s no space to hang them, place them in the delivery bag. In case of accidental spills, the materials prepared in the first step will come in handy. Just dump the contents of the delivery bag into a new take-out box, and that’s it for packing.

3. If you encounter merchants who delay the order during pick-up:

① Grab a delivery order from another customer, discard the receipt, and deliver it directly. Later, just say the merchant gave the wrong order and let the customer complain to the merchant.

② Proactively call the customer and say the merchant's microwave is broken, and their pre-cooked meal cannot be heated right now, so they need to wait a bit longer. 80% of customers will cancel the order.

③ If you happen to pass by a battery exchange station, check the mini-program on your phone to see if there are fully charged batteries available for a quick swap.

④ Print an A3-sized paper that says (No deliveries or dogs allowed inside), and if you encounter a community that doesn’t allow cars to enter, take this paper out, stick it at the entrance, take a photo, and report it to customer service.

4. Daily sustenance:

① If delivering food far from your residence, casually find a shop with a high order volume and take an order. Make sure to act quickly and wear a hat.

② Feel free to drink the cola from Wallace; merchants usually have extra stock there for use. If you receive an order from Wallace, just grab an extra bottle.
