Most institutions still give ads to KOLs they have good relationships with.

Some institutions prefer content, some prefer real traffic, and some still just mess with the project parties.

You think that because you shared this project, the one reaching out to you might be the project party, not the institution.

The top tier is contracted by the project parties; this is a fact. Instead of complaining about the environment, you might as well think about what you should do.
