Want to give up BNB to buy SOL? The micro-strategy company BNC, which YZI Labs was involved with, has more information surfacing following today's official announcement.

YZI Labs, as a shareholder, formally accuses BNC, the micro-strategy company behind BNB, and the asset management party 10x Capital, of having significant responsibility.

According to the disclosure, the asset management party 10x was initially doing well with the BNB micro-strategy, but then privately reneged and wanted the company to invest in SOL.

However, this summer, 10x Capital promised to specifically focus on the BNB micro-strategy, which misled YZI Labs and a number of BNB supporters, raising about 500 million dollars in investment.

Currently, YZI Labs' demands are very strong, requiring the initiators and asset management party behind BNC to confirm in writing by December 5th that they will continue to execute the original BNB accumulation strategy and prove that they have not privately sold BNB.

The accusations are also very straightforward and harsh, involving two senior executives of the company:

· Refusing to modify the asset management agreement that benefits 10x and is detrimental to the company
· Promoting competitors of BNC's micro-strategy privately multiple times
· Possibly using resources from the BNB micro-strategy BNC to engage in unrelated activities
