改变自己，走出水深火热！ 昨晚听了一位大佬的直播@神之三和 ，感受颇深，良久不能入睡。 于是便有了自己也写写东西，算是日记吧～ 主要是想记录一步步爬起来，不能再以前一样了！ 这是我第一篇帖子，就先写下自己的现况吧。 今年5月份，好奇打开了合约～ 现在亏了差不多10w刀，其中很大部分都是负债。 贪婪 / 情绪开单 / 亏损了上头去W贷 / 连续开单 / 不好好休息 / 赚钱不取 / 侥幸心理 / FOMO （后续会详细的写出我这些反面教材） 等等很多原因把自己弄成现在这个境遇～ 要改变！昨夜所听和所思： 1. 现实生活为主（连续交易真的会沉迷，忘记了生活） 2. 慢就是快，别着急别着急别着急～慢下来会好的！ 3. 百分之九十九的时间去学习分析，1%交易 4. 要好好休息吃饭，锻炼身体 5. 调整好心态，谦虚学习并且写交易记录 6. 善待家人亲人朋友，感恩所有帮助过我的人 7. 之前亏损 很多时候也是想马上打回来 这样都是犯错 8. 市场一直在，慢慢挣钱，管住自己，改变！ 兄弟们，我会好起来吧！ 希望我们都可以做好自己，赚到钱！ 最后感谢三和老师昨儿讲的东西，让我心静了些～ 慢下来～！慢下来～！慢下来～！ #上岸 #改变从今天开始 #BTC #ETH #交易员修炼记录
