🦅 Today, Monday, marks the beginning of a very important week in the Crypto world. 🧐 Why? The FED meeting starts tomorrow. And on Wednesday, the new interest rate will be announced! The forecast is for a 0.25% cut in interest rates. Fig. 1 This cut, following the last two, is very important because it brings the interest rate almost to neutral. In other words, it will practically only cover American inflation... Therefore, given the weak PROFITABILITY of American debt securities, Institutional capital is beginning to migrate to higher-risk assets that offer greater gains and profits, Namely the stock market and the Crypto market. Thus, the market capitalization of Total 2, that is, all ALTCOINs excluding Bitcoin, which is currently around 1.2 trillion dollars (Fig. 2), will reach an amount above 10 trillion dollars in this cycle. That is, it will increase tenfold. At this moment as I write, it seems exaggerated or even impossible... But very soon you will understand and see this market capitalization explode.
