Reduction in volume during a pullback without breaking key levels = trend continuation
Logic:
In an uptrend, when the price pulls back but the trading volume decreases → bears are losing strength.
Approach:
Look for a bullish trend structure
When pulling back to MA20 / trend line, there is a significant reduction in volume
A small bullish candle with reduced volume can allow for a light entry
If the trend line is broken, exit.
