最近练习八部金刚功聊聊心得体会, 币圈这个行业由于常常需要大脑分析,熬夜常常会觉得力不从心,精力跟不上,反应迟钝,慢慢会发现睡眠质量很差,往往睡几个小时就醒了,饮食也会出现问题,由于是脑力活动,身体不怎么活动,慢慢会觉得一吃饭就容易腹胀,腹胀晚上就睡不好。进而导致抑郁,耳鸣,最明显的是嘴唇发紫,我曾自学中医中药针灸但是由于精力原因,总是看到一半就累了。吃过一段时间中药,每次都是吃前一两幅中药身体🈶明显感觉,后面的就没有感觉了。 在前几天的直播中有听到网友分享,他说自己得了很严重的抑郁症,用心练习八部金刚功三个月就好了,现在还在天天练习 我也有练习过八部金刚功,只是按照动作练习一下,没有特别明显变化,这次用心去看了讲解版的八部金刚功全长42分钟。 第一次练习完鼻子就通气了,身体明显有力气了,随着持续的练习我发现最近睡眠也改善了,吃东西没有那么容易腹胀了。 最后虽然我们来币圈是赚钱的,但是还是要有一个健康的身体,才能够抵抗住这个币圈变换的压力,最后 祝福每一个币友都有一个健康的好身体
