The square continuously releases empty investment information, and a wave of rumors about "Alpha is shutting down" immediately appears in the community.
I will express my observations and thoughts from these days more directly:
Ending in the short term? The likelihood is very low.
Why?
Because Alpha is currently the fastest-growing business at Binance, attracting newcomers quickly, with the strongest project intention.
The project side makes money, institutions make money, KOLs have traffic, and ordinary users also have a sense of participation—this kind of multi-party win-win mechanism has no reason to suddenly hit the brakes at this point in time.
As for why many people now feel "unable to profit" and "experience is declining," this is actually the normal ecology.
Which mature system allows all participants to make money together?
If everyone is profitable, it only indicates that the mechanism itself is unsustainable.
Some earn while others lose, that is the real market.
What Binance truly wants to retain is never the kind of short-term profit seeker who "logs on to brush, brushes and leaves, and waits for airdrops to arrive."
Recently, a large number of small accounts were cleaned up, and I actually feel that this is a sign of direction:
Alpha wants to filter for long-term users, not those who come for a short-term gain and then run away.
As for the future shape of Alpha, I am more inclined to understand it this way:
There will be big profits, but they won’t be frequent;
More often, there will be stable small profits, occasional small gains that can cover wear and tear, but won’t make you rich.
This is a typical sign of the shift from "activity-based incentives" to "user retention."
In other words, the story of Alpha will not end, but your way of participation needs to change.
The golden windows of earning hundreds to thousands in May and September can basically be declared history.
In the future, you will be satisfied, but not overwhelmed; suitable for long-term participation, not for expecting huge profits.
Those with little balance who only want to purely take advantage will likely find it increasingly difficult;
And those who can truly stay are those willing to settle, willing to hold positions, and willing to participate in the ecosystem long-term.
In summary:
Alpha is not gone, but has changed tracks—from short-term frenzy to long-term selection.
