🚨EUROPE PREPARES ITS "CRYPTO SEC."

The European Commission wants ESMA to take full control over all licenses and supervision of cryptocurrencies in the EU.

This could change the entire market:

• One supervisory body for each CASP

• Slower approvals if ESMA is overwhelmed

• Risk of driving startups out of Europe

• Stronger institutional framework, but at a cost

This is the largest regulatory shift since MiCA
