$ZEC When I first entered the cryptocurrency space, all my "liquid funds" added up to just 3100U. To say it boldly—at that time, opening a position wasn't just pressing a button, it was pressing fate.

$FHE Others flaunted their accounts as if they were holding a concert, each statement more dazzling than the last, while I could only silently give thumbs up in the comments, not even daring to voice whether it was impressive or not.

$XNY Don't ask, the feeling back then was worse than being deeply trapped: wanting to fly, but afraid of falling; wanting to win, but fearing losing even the principal.

But the more it was like this, the clearer I understood one thing:

The smaller the principal, the less you can act recklessly.

Because you don't have the right to make mistakes, nor the space to mess around.

While others might lose tens of thousands as the cost of making friends, for you, losing once means exiting the game.

So during that time, I felt like I was dancing on the edge of a knife, yet I forced myself to do three things:

The first: only open logical positions, not impulsive ones.

Watching others take off is tempting, but temptation does not equal opportunity.

As long as the patterns are wrong and the rhythm is off, I would rather stay out of the market for an entire day.

With a position of 3100U, I couldn't afford to bet on others' "impulses."

The second: only trade on "profitable trends" every day.

While others can soar high by chasing, I would likely step on the air if I chased.

So I specifically chose "profitable meat" that could be captured, like pullbacks, confirmations, and secondary entries,

taking small bites, even if slowly, it is much better than recklessly cutting.

The third: allow myself to make small wins, but not allow myself to incur big losses.

For those with small principals, it's not about turning around with one or two big profits,

but about—losing less, losing even less, and trying not to lose at all.

What I was most proud of at that time wasn't the profit curve, but the drawdown being so small it was comparable to a stable heart rate monitor.

While others flaunted their returns, I flaunted my survival.

As long as you haven't been kicked out, you still have a ticket to turn things around.

Ask yourself, do you willingly want to be a lifelong victim? Or do you want to become the one who laughs last?
