Bitcoin vs. Gold: Ratio Falls 50% Since January
The $BTC -to-Gold ratio has dropped sharply this year — from about 40 ounces of Gold per 1 BTC in January 2025 to roughly 21 ounces today. The last time Bitcoin traded near this ratio, Gold prices were in the $2,000–$2,500 range.
This shift suggests that, relative to Gold, Bitcoin has weakened significantly, with the ratio down by about 50% from earlier highs.
