Many people often ask me: Is there a simple and profitable trading strategy for cryptocurrencies? There is, and it only takes 4 steps. Even beginners can greatly improve their win rate by following these steps.

I’ll explain the method clearly enough; just execute it as instructed.

Step 1: Only look at the daily chart and the MACD. Turn off all the miscellaneous indicators and focus solely on one signal—the daily MACD golden cross. It’s best to choose coins that have a golden cross above the '0 axis'; this type of market has the highest success rate.

Step 2: Switch to the daily chart and observe a daily moving average. The rule is simple: Price above the daily moving average = hold; below = sell. Do not make predictions, do not rely on feelings, just follow the lines completely.

Step 3: Position management after buying. If the price breaks above the daily moving average and the trading volume increases simultaneously—go all in. Selling occurs in three phases: • When the increase reaches 40%: sell 1/3 • When the increase reaches 80%: sell another 1/3 • If it drops below the daily moving average: liquidate. By doing this, you are already more stable than 80% of retail investors.

Step 4: The most critical stop-loss. If the next day encounters a black swan event and gaps down below the daily moving average—don’t think, don’t hesitate, sell everything immediately. You selected your buy point based on the daily moving average, so a drop below it means the logic has failed. Sell and wait for it to regain that level before buying back; that is discipline.
