Making contracts seems simple, but it is more like a form of self-discipline.

If you get the direction right and increase your position, you might take off overnight;

If the direction is wrong and your mindset collapses, you could instantly return to square one.

When I first entered the circle, I also thought I had talent.

When the market moved, I rushed in with a full position,

When someone in the group shouted 'go long', I immediately followed.

That night, the price of the coin skyrocketed, and my account tripled,

At that moment, staring at the profits, I truly believed I had touched the secret of wealth.

But the next day, the market turned, and my position was completely wiped out.

It was only after that I understood—

Contracts are not shortcuts; they only magnify human nature to the extreme.

You think you control the pace,

but most of the time, you are being led by your emotions.

Later, I gradually figured out the way to survive in contracts:

First: Keep your position light as the bottom line.

Don't fantasize about turning everything around in one go; being alive gives you the qualification to continue operating.

Second: Stop-loss and take-profit are your backbone.

The market won’t accommodate you; if you need to leave, just leave; delaying will only deepen your losses.

Third: Keeping cash is wisdom.

The market doesn't present golden opportunities every day; being too eager to act will only disrupt your rhythm.

I have seen people turn their fortunes overnight, and I have also seen people blow up overnight,

but those who can truly remain until now are the ones who are steady and know when to stop.

Don’t take the myth of getting rich quickly seriously; that’s just luck;

the real reason you stay at the table long-term is discipline and patience.

Remember this:—

Contracts are not about who earns quickly, but who lives longer.

If you can be steady, patient, and control your hands, you will ultimately go further.
