The main issue in our trading field is that most new traders these days have turned this field in the wrong direction.
In Pakistan, 90 percent of people fall victim because they want to earn money through shortcuts instead of learning through hard work. Seeing the apparent lifestyle of influencers on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, people immediately join their courses and signal groups.
Although the reality is that most of them do not have authentic knowledge or experience themselves. They mostly copy signals from others and forward them in their groups, promoting themselves based on that. New people get influenced and believe their words.
New traders enter the market without research and understanding, investing their hard-earned money in these signals. They are not told how much to invest, they are not taught risk management, nor are they explained when to take profits. Under phrases like "Hold is Gold," their accounts either get completely wiped out or suffer heavy losses. And when they seek guidance, the response is: "Hold on, it will come back."
The point I want to make is that when you join any group or mentor, make sure to do thorough research first. See if they can guide you with knowledge, experience, and ethics. Be sure to evaluate their performance, history, and knowledge.
Because most trading signal groups in Pakistan operate only on copy-paste, and their aim is not to teach people but to use them.
