The core logic behind this is transitioning from 5,000 U to stable profits:

1. Split the capital into three parts: one part for day trading, executing one trade a day and withdrawing once the target is reached; one part for swing trading, only capturing markets with over 10% movements; and finally, keep one part as a safety net, never to be used. 2. If the market is sideways for over 3 days, close the trading software and wait until it breaks the range or stabilizes above the moving average before entering. When profits exceed 20% of the principal, withdraw 30%. “Wait for opportunities quietly, and when you act, make sure it's stable.”

3. Rules control emotions: set a stop loss at 2%, and cut losses when it hits; reduce position size by half when profits exceed 4%; never increase the position size when in loss. Let the rules withstand greed and fear.
