⚙️ Polygon has undergone the Madhugiri hard fork, aimed at increasing throughput by 33%.

What's changed:

✦ Consensus time has been reduced to 1 second, and throughput has increased by almost a third.

✦ The network now supports Fusaka EIPs (7823, 7825, 7883) – heavy computations are cheaper and more secure.

✦ A single user cannot flood the network with a heavy transaction.

✦ New transaction type for the Ethereum → Polygon bridge.
